Good product and cust service

Ordering was straight forward, product arrived in a reasonable time. Quality is very good. Only problem with them is they are not the voltage I ordered. (I rechecked my order confirmation) so I contacted customer service. Angie in customer service has been very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately even though it was not my error I have to reorder and pay to send the incorrect ones back to be credited. Little bit of a haste but most companies seem to be going to this type of returns policy. Waiting on new ones to arrive.
